2025 dues will increase by 5% as is allowed within our covenants and amendments in order to keep up with inflation and allow us to fund some overdue projects like refreshing the entrance-areas landscaping, tree removal in common areas, and drainage issues. North Woods at Geist is nestled between Oaklandon and Carroll Roads off 79th Street on Indianapolis’ northeast side.
