Annual Meeting: November 9, 2010 at the Servants of Christ Luthern church, 7650 Oaklandon Road
Homeowners Association Dues: The Homeowner’s Association dues are used to maintain the property and the
integrity of the entire neighborhood. Through these dues and the
effort of all homeowners, we work toward a mutual goal of increasing
the property value of every home in the neighborhood.
Architectural Improvements: Just a reminder that homeowners are required to submit a Request for Architectural Control Approval Application (RACA) along with a plot plan showing the location of the improvement to the Board for approval. The RACA forms must be turned in for playgrounds, decks, sheds, and all other exterior home improvements. No improvement may be started until you have received written approval. The Board has up to 30 days to approve or deny the RACA. RACA forms are available online, vie email, or you may contact a Board member.
Please Keep Our Kids Safe – Slow Down! The Board has received several complaints regarding the residents not complying with the posted speed limit on Cherrybark Drive and Bitternut Drive. Please drive safely by observing the posted speed limit and use caution when traveling these roads. These roads are heavily traveled and children frequently play near them.
Be Safe! Call 811 Before You Dig! If you are planning to dig in your yard to plant a tree, install a fence or any other improvement that requires digging, please call Indiana Underground Plant Protection Services (IUPPS) at 811. This service will contact all of the local utilities and all underground lines will be marked. You must have general information about your property and the type of digging you plan to do. Then, outline your proposed digging area with white spray paint. The utilities will come within two working days and mark where their underground lines are so that you do not hit them. This is a FREE service and is provided for YOUR safety! Be Safe! Call 811 before you dig!
